Finally I return!

Oh my gosh it has been a long time!
So much has happened over the last year...
So I will give you a brief run down...
Lani turned 1 on the 24th of April!
I turned 23 on the 1st of August
We have had all our mediation with Luke
Luke has met a wonderful girl
Kalani and I are moving in January... to GRAFTON!
SO to extend on us moving to Grafton... I have applied to do a Cert III in Children's Services at Grafton Tafe, to eventually work in a Childcare/Pre-School or open my own Family Day Care. It has been a decision that I have been umming and ahhing about since Luke and I separated, but after talking it over with everyone involved in Kalani and my life we decided that the time was right. I really believe that this will work out for the best. Of course we will both be homesick and Lani will miss everyone terribly but this is a step in the right direction!
We have so much coming up in the next 5 months that will definitely keep us both busy! We have Brodie and Tim's wedding in October, Lisa and Steve's wedding in December and then the move to Grafton in January.
Kalani has grown up so much! She is still constantly surprising me everyday! Last Night Uncle Sam and Auntie Jodie came over for dinner and after by shy for the first 20 minutes Lani came out of her shell and spent the rest of the night playing with Sam.

Finally I am back

So the last couple of blogs I have apologised about not blogging. There has been a reason behind it, but due to the fact that it isn't over yet I can't really go into much detail about it. But I will be blogging more often again ( I have alot to blog about.... my baby is now the big 1!!!).
On the 24th of April Kalani Renee turned ONE! We had a wonderful day! A big thanks to Mel and Kristy for keeping me sain. We had My 2 brothers, Kristy & Rob and the boys, Mel and the girls, Cherie, Beth & Ken (Nana and Poppa), my Dad, Erin & Beno and Brodie & Ollie over for cake the night of her birthday and it was wonderful! The the following Sunday some more of the family came around and we had a little party!
So some updates on Lani...

A quick update

Well again I have been a bum when it comes to my blog! Thank you to those of you that are still coming over to say hi. I still read everyone blogs I just can't seem to write in mine. There has been a lot going on. I have been applying for jobs everywhere so hopefully one will come through soon. I want to get our life's on track and sort out my goals for the both of us. I don't really want to move away from Newcastle but if it means that Kalani and will be able to get ahead in life i think we should jump for it.
I have one person in my life that I can talk to about everything and get an honest opinion on what they think. They have been such a big help with me feeling guilty about having to move if i do. I think I would be very lost without there love and support.
Where do I start with my baby girl?????

• She is nearly 10 months old
• She now has 4 teeth (2 top 2 bottom)
• She is crawling around the house like a ratbag!
• She is standing by herself
• She is walking while holding onto furniture
• She is talking no stop!

We have a pretty busy weekend this week. We have Elle's birthday party this Saturday then I have my cousins wedding Saturday afternoon! So wish us luck! We will be 2 very tired girls by Sunday!
